2 early quests in Crossglen

Hello guys,
We've made two early quests involving NPCs from Crossglen.
In the first quest, you're a kind of postman. Gorwatch, in love with Arensia living in Fallhaven, wants you to give to her.
In the second quest, Halvor wants to make a surprise for an unknown friend and he needs rats tails. It seems he does need a lot of them, though.
The pull request is there. Here are two screenshots from the game in which we've added those two quests.
