Hello to everyone

when a new game starts Mikhail give the first advises to begin the game.
We have two quest to solve for him and then? Nothing more.

What hits my mind lately is the possibility to talk to our beloved father whenever our Char has solved a quest. Just talking about it like:

Mikhail> You're back my son

Usirim > Yes father. I came to see you
{option to shortcut talk or talk to him for a while}

Mikhail> Glad to see you, my son.
{if hurt} Oh my gods, you look terrible. Take a sleep while I take care of your wounds. (he leeds you gentle to the bed.)
{if unhurt or after resting} Ah, you look well. (he smiles at you as only a loving father do)

Mikhail> have you found Andor? I worry for him.

Usirim >
{normally} forgive me father. Nothing new to ease your worries.
{after Andor-related quests as 2. option} ... you tell Mikhail about the latest news concerning your brother.
Mikhail> Ahh, <char name>, please keep looking for him. At night I have nightmares that something is going wrong with him.
Usirim > I can see the pain in your eyes, father. You worry for Andor...
Mikhail> Not only for him. But you were always more carefully than him.


{optins to talk about some stories from the past... like
⊙ some smaltalk with Mikhail
● something with Leta's junger sister or even with Leta? - keep it unclear what exact
● first weapon training with Oromir, when...
● the last midsumer night
● when you where a little child in his arms
● Mara's latest smalltalk with Mikhail
● ...
⊙ about an extraordinary item
⊙ about a legendary item
⊙ about a rare item
⊙ about monsters which we lately meet or killed or have seen
⊙ about NPCs we talked to
⊙ I need help => leeds to hints when stuck with quests (like not finding the lichs helmet); hints when a quest will be finished in a future update



What do you think about this idea?

I like it!!! This option would give the game more deepness. These small dialogues could be rewardes with a small exp-bonus.

About the help-option...that would be a very large amount of work, and IMHO the questlog should forfill this function.

I absolutely like your idea! Mikhail would be presented much more as a loving father who gives you some advice or tasks whenever you need it.

And you found a clever solution for inducing extraordinary and legendary items to the player!

I'm loving this idea to offer more info to new players. He's not all knowing though, so he shouldn't answer everything
