Maps, gaps, and overlaps

I just started compiling an overall map, based directly on the game maps rather than the developer reference map, which I don't want to see yet.
After stitching together six outdoor maps around Crossglen by linking the road connections, I already see several gaps between maps, and one small overlap of diagonally adjacent maps.
Is there any attempt to align one map to its neighbors in a "realistic" configuration? Could this be fixed in a future release?

We already have a version of what you are doing with all current outside maps up to the 0.6.8 release if you would like to take a look at it.
That is something we have planned for a later version, it might happen sooner due to the display issues on tablet type devices we are seeing now. I think that is caused by the maps not all being the same size.

Ok, not sure if this is the right place for this or not, but here it goes.
What I want is a website or file that i can download to my computer that shows me the map and what IS open. I tend to get lost, and it is hard to find what is finished if you are not really sure what is going on.
Is there a PDF or something that we can get to have as a reference? thanks!

Don't have an android app that opens tmx files - know one?

a tmx is a tiled file, you will need the program Tiled to open it, it is freeware and you can download it from most shareware repositories.
Please note you need the tiles and a matching directory structure to open it.

Tiled and all info about it is available here:
http://www.mapeditor.org/
Here is some information on how to view Andor's maps:
http://code.google.com/p/andors-trail/w ... _Mapmaking
Although note that the version it links to is outdated and will be fixed soon.

Is Tiled available on Android, or only Windows, MacOs, and regular Linux?
