Blackwater mountain settlement shortcut?

On the way to the Blackwater mountain settlement there is a cabin with a bed and a basement. I noticed that in the basement there are some iron bars. Behind those bars is the Blackwater settlement. I wondered if it was possible to make them go away so I do not need to fight alot of monsters to go there.

As of version 0.7.0 and 0.7.1, this is not possible. This request/idea has been brought up many times in the past and was/is often accompanied by the idea of making this access quest driven, but the development team has not said this will be in the works or not for future implementation.
