Second chances

So I fought through the Allaceph cave, and won a strange-looking helmet. Then I had a disagreement with what's his name, and he attacked me.
So yeah, I screwed up the Dark Protector quest, and missed out on the best helmet in the game. Now I wish there was a way to fix my error. Maybe an armorer somewhere could do the job...
While we're at it, maybe there's a way to patch up my standing with Feygard after I delivered all those messed-up swords.
I'm sure there are other places where a second chance would be appreciated.

my newest build isn't even level 30 & i already have quite a few regrets...
[i love the pain, so this masochist is happy in his beaten down world]

Just because the word mistake contains the word stake doesn't mean you have to let it hold you down.

I'll survive. I substitute the Remgard Combat Helmet. It's just that it's so easy to mess up the Dark Protector quest, it would be nice to have a chance to fix it.
What I'm really hoping for is that a new version of AT will have great shields and helms. This last one introduced some very nice weapons, so I'm hopeful.
