Can I enter the final room in green Maze Cave ?

Hi !

I don't know how the cave is called, so I need to spoiler:
It's the one you enter trough the green maze in the north. there is a is another stone monument etc...
I can't enter a Room, because of some magic effect. Can I enter this room by now somehow ?

You have to continue on through the caves eventually you will get to come back
