The two southernmost lines of the Fallhaven-NW map are repeated on top of the Fallhaven-SW map.
The reason is obvious to keep you on the path and not letting you cross the lawn.
So this isn't really a bug and you nearly notice anything in normal game mode.
But on the world map it looks kind of weird, that chimney, floating in the air, between two fences

That is almost certainly a bug I introduced in my alignment work. I'll get a fix to Oskar ASAP. I can't believe I didn't catch that!

Nope, this was in 0.6.12 already. I don't want to mess with it without talking with Oskar or Ian first...
Fix sent to Oskar.... Should be in next release. The chimney is gone, and the duplicate southern fence replaced with a row of trees...
Still can't believed I didn't catch it earlier....
