My new ideas!

Hey yo people :P

I just thought of:
"Why not doing like this that all underused boss drops/items like Wolfpacks hide, Venomus dagger etc. could be a part of a quest?
Not the bosses themselves but their drops could be brought to Nocmar in Fallhaven, and when you brought all of that underused exeptional boss items to Nocmar -he could make you an item out of it that will be worth using?"

I also came to think of that there would be nice if:
once you've killed a monster of it's kind, you learn how much exp it gives and what the drops are (as soon as you get the drop, it comes to the list) -it could be placed in the Quickbar :) That way you don't need to be connected to internet all the time and search for information about drop/xp lists -and the location could be added into that thing if possible ;)

Good or bad ideas? :D

The 1st idea maybe bad because you would lose alot of items. The 2nd idea has be brought up multiple times lol. But at.least your trying kudos.

The first idea was to Lose items -the ones that I don't use.
I mean the worse stuff you sacrifice to forge a new one, the worse stats on the new item.
And it would be cool also if you could choose if you want an armor/shield/weapon/gloves/helmet/boots of any category.
The better items you sacrifice, the better stats?

And OFC, it's boss-drops we talk about, not L/E from regular monsters :P

But that new item that will be forged, will have it's restriction and not become over-powered.

The second idea I had in my mind, I thought that people maybe been thinking about too lol.

I think no matter what you try to forge (good or bad stats) the end outcome would most likely be to over powered because you would he combining all these items into one. Plus the game is still under construction and these items may have use later.

True, but there's always solutions to everything -lets say.. Xul'viir.
That sword costs 3 Oegyth Crystals to restore, but Oegyth Crystals can also be used to different learn proficiencies.
The boss-drops that can be forged together could be limited -lets say the forged item requires between 2, 3 or 4 boss-items (like Venomus dagger as one of them). That way you couldn't put ALL boss-items all together, but just for the limited sum.

And there aren't 7 milion boss-monsters.
The forger (for example if we choose Nocmar,) could limit the sum of all items you want to forge.
He maybe just want to forge stuff for you for about 3 times -that way everyone is happy, it wouldn't be overpowered and everyone could get rid of the items they don't have any use of :)

That way around, I think I've explained enough.
There are Always solutions for everything ;)

But again the game is still under construction we may need these useless items later.

But again, it's just an idea.

We Maybe need them later, Maybe not.
Lets say, just an example:
A town like Charwood comes to this game, Andor's Trail.
You decide to help them out with some stuff.
After about a half year, there's a new update/version of this game.

You download it.
And suddenly it seems like helping Charwood was the worst you could do.

There are plenty of options about everything, the freedom to choose w/e you want.


So, that's why I didn't feel that my idea that I had was wrong in anyway -it's an idea, it's not like it's going to be that way.
Do you understand?

It just seemed that you had excuses for making it a bad idea at the beginning, that's why I thought you didn't understood me.
People have different opinions, that's alright -but then you should tell the one that you're talking to, that you don't agree.

What goes around comes around.

But now I understand that you understand, now that's clear.

+1 to ingame beastiary with kill count :twisted:

About those items, there are already this Lost treasure quest... btw do you know the history of the venomous dagger ?
