First I would just like to apologize for any screw ups such as posting in the wrong area, etc... I looked at the different areas and thought this was the logical place to post this. Thank you for a great game BTW!!! If a moderater can put this where it belongs should I have it wrong, I would be most appreciative. I finally found my first RoLS tonight after spending 8 months without leaving the gargoyle cave, granted I only played a couple hours a day, it has been a very long journey. For those who may still believe it doesn't exist, I assure you it does!!! I scared my wife after throwing my hands up and saying "I Duddits!!!" For those familiar with the movie Dream Catcher lol. Anywho my stats at the time of finding it are as follows:

Level: 40
Small rocks: 2712 (a few were from gargoyles while enroute)
Polished gems: 1034
Ruby gems: 2729
Regular potion of health: 2540
Magic find skill: 3 (I got all 3 MF skills while grinding for the RoLS over approximately 20 levels, but I'm not sure of the exact number of levels gained while grinding.)

I'm just a very happy guy today and wanted to give hope to those who still struggle! Keep up the good fight for it is worth the wait!!!

I'm now in the hunt for the RoL, got 25 sparkling gems under my belt and look forward to the day I manage to land one.

Its nice to be apart of this forum, and thank you all for the helpful hints over the past 8 months that I have been a guest!!!

There was one time i was convinced that this elusive ring was some sort of elabortite hoax... I was in shock when i found my first after collecting over 4,000 small rocks.

Congrats again! The next round is on me!

Hello again everyone!

I know it took me 8 months of grinding to get my first RoLS, and then I started my grind for the RoL. I actually found it tonight after 32 polished sparkling gems... anyone else ever had that happen? I know both are legendary, but does the RoL have the same 0.01% chance per imp to drop, or is it a higher percentage than the RoLS? I only ask because I am a little bit stunned by how quickly I managed to find another legendary item. I do have level 3 MF however. Just thought I would see if I just got lucky or if it is that much easier to find than the RoLS.

I know that lady luck is a really capricious.... but that may be the fastest found ever ! The chance to found any legendary item is 0.01% and IMO the RoL is the most difficult to gain becauce there are no bed near...

Well sense you have you MF to 3 the ya legendary items do drop quickly but the odds are still low. In anyways congrats
