This item would not depend on your BC. It would just be a hard percentage and calculated before the regular BC kicks in. Thoughts? Ways to tweak/improve the idea?

Stats:
BC: 0
AC: -10
25% chance to dodge 1st attack
12.5% chance to dodge 2nd attack
6.25% chance to dodge 3rd attack
3.125% chance to dodge 4th attack
And so on...

Nice but not a new idea. Earlier something like this is suggested as a skill.

I still like to see this kind skill in future !

Maybe make a skill simular to this that would be a high level mastery skill for learning Evasion.

Prereq: (example idea)
4 lvls in evasion
2 lvls in dodge

Gives you XX% chance of dodging the XX# attacks from an NPC.

I'm all for adding skills to the game, they create great diversity. The only issue is it takes that much more balancing. But hey, that's why we're here, eh?

Exactly! Player suggestions are always welcomed here.

I love seeing new ideas pop up here, some really do deserve to be put into the game.

Balance is key, but it takes time and patience.

I'd for sure have a reason to get dodge and evasion for this advanced skill +1
