Sometimes people come, for a short period of time, get involved into the development; throw out some really good ideas; write some awesome quests... And then disappear.
It makes me sad (yes yes, I'm crying, believe me. ) thinking of all those hours of work gone for -maybe- ever.

I was thinking of a Cloud storage for all the work in progress. Each developer would have a folder where he can drop his work.
Doing this we'll be able to:
1. See what other devs are doing, no duplicatas or so.
2. Have a better idea of the progress of the development of the game.
3. Never (unless the cloud disappears into the aether) lose any work.
4. I'm sure someone will find a point four.
5. Organisation is the key to success.

This correlates with the other idea where people can vote on the ideas they like best. However, popularity doesn't guarantee success

We have an internal process that the core group of devs uses which keeps things pretty well organized.

As far as submissions from people here on the forums and such we would like a more streamlined system. And designing said system is on the list along with all the other stuff we would really like to get accomplished....eventually...
