[S] Skill: Resistance to Crits (for player)

I think it would be neat to add in a skill that would allow you to have a Resistance to critical hits.
It could be one of the high level skills.
A few Ideas:
Preres:
Evasion lvl 3 (got to be nimble on your feet)
Bark Skin lvl 3 (got to be tough)
Dodge Lvl 3 (Duh)
Resistance to critical hits lvl 1/1
When a NPC lands a critical hit there is a 50% chance that the multiplier will be reduced to 1.

this would be cool.
BUT, I think the selection of skills is already pretty extensive. perhaps this could be an item effect? armour would make the most sense. im thinking for a new legendary item, ie. dragon warrior plate or something.
resistance to crits.
50% chances to reduce enemy crits chances to 1
critical weakness.
reduces players critical multiplyer by 1
+3 DR
+20 BC
-45 AC

True, but i do not wish to use any of the high level skills (for various reasons), this would be one i would actually go for when building a new player.
To put this onto armour would be far too overpowered.

That would be too much like taunt. They have the same prerequistes, so I suggest something different:
Bark skin lvl3
Base HP 75/Increased Fortitude 2 (Gotta be tough, right?)
50% chance to ignore critical hits.

Ideas can change:
Bark skin is a must (lvl 3)
Increased fort would be great prereq (lvl 3)
??? (at least lvl 3 or XX stat)

Well, the main point is to not let this skill become something easy to nab. Bark skin is a skill that's pretty popular, and so is increased fortitude, for that matter... So maybe we'll have to put in some skills that people don't normally use widely. My ideas have run dry at this point.

The NPC has 100% immunity. Why shouldn't we? The skill should either have two levels that provide 50% immunity each, or one level that provides 100%.

Funny thing. Usually you're the one who thinks that skills and stuff shouldn't be overpowered.

Wouldn't want to make a skill as useful as this one easy to obtain by any means.

The ability to nullify mass amounts of damage is very powerful.

I'm a little surprised as well, for the most part you've always wanted to make the game a lot harder than it currently is.
