Newest Condition kicks longer condition

I noticed that when using the Sword of ... fury ? the berserk effect, if you're using a potion that gives you 5 rounds rage effect, and the sword activates (1 round rage), you lose the potion effect after 1 round.

True, this kind of effect don't stack and If you pick new one it deletes the old one.
