minor fatigue minor potion of speed
Minor farigue drops my ap 2 minor potion of speed raises my ap... why does.t minor speed counter minore fatigue

Because Minor fatigue doesn't change your Max AP, it changes the AP cost for attack (and movement, but that's another story).
Minor fatigue: adds 2 AP to your existing attack cost.
So if you have Quickstrike dagger and Jewel of Fallhaven (for attack cost 2), your attack cost is now 4 AP.
Assuming Combat Speed 2 for 12 AP Max:
Before Fatigue: Attack cost is 2 AP (6 attacks per turn)
After Fatigue: Attack cost is 4 AP (3 attacks per tunrn)
With minor potion of speed, your Max AP is now 14.
Before Fatigue: Attack cost is 2 AP (7 attacks per turn)
After Fatigue: Attack cost is 4 AP (3 attacks per turn, because you would need 16 Max AP to get another attack, but that's not possible).
Minor fatigue: adds 2 AP to your existing attack cost.
