Is this ring still available somewhere with the newest addition to the game? I have seen lots of discussion about this, but all of it is old. Thanks for your help.

It is still sold. Skylendar in Remgard sells it and it is also sold closer to home. Vilgard maybe? I cannot remember right now.

It is sold in Vilegard, Jonor sells it. You've to finish the Gaining trust quest to buy it.
