Which would win?

Pirates VS Ninjas

The Dread Pirate, Pyro (yarr)

Here is my analytical side talking: win what? A fight? What is the environment?
On land, at sea? What kind of fight? Long range? Hand-to-hand?

Question is way to open ended for me to answer.

Your thinking too far into this Tek.

A fight to the death, located wherever you think a pirate and a ninja may run into eachother.

Yup, I have a tendency of doing that.

Back to topic.. ... Intresting question... no honourcode... training... attitude... Hmm, I say pirate, middle-range, one shot kill with pistol.. but only if the rum have run out

... so I need to vote, ninja

Ninjas learnt the art of Kung fu from the ancient Chinese masters, who could walk over water with nothing but the help of some reeds, and could also, in historical references, jump twice their own height and use internal strength of all of their muscles, including those that were not involved in the action itself, such as the heart, to add power to their blows. As such, I'd say a ninja would win. Although, if they were unprepared, I'd guess it would be about an even fight, or if it was in the sea, the pirate would win... Depends on the scenario.

Not to say pirates aren't also cool, but ninja know martial arts, how to sneak up on people and make an escape, they can use a sword as well as if not better than a pirate, and they have their ninja stars. The only advantage the pirate would have is a gun, but you can't shoot what you can't see, unless you get really really lucky.
