Woooohooooo!!!

Congratulations to all the teams who made it to the playoffs this year!

Week 1: Wildcard week!

NFC
49ers(5) @ Green Bay Packers(4)
New Orleans(6) @ Dallas or Philadelphia(3)

AFC
San Diego(6) @ Cincinnati(3)
Kansas City(5) @ Indianapolis(4)

Upset predictions: Never count out Aaron Rodgers... Never. If there is a team that can pull together and get a win when the pressure is on, it's the Green Bay Packers.

Antison: Do you know if the Seahawks would face the winners from the 49ers/Packers game or the winners from the Saints/CowboysOrEagles game?

Week 2 of Playoffs:

AFC:
Broncos take on the winner from the Cheifs/Colts game
Patriots take on the winner from the Chargers/Bangles game

NFC:
Seahawks take on the winner from 49ers/Packers game
Panthers take on the winner from Saints/(winner of Cowboys Vs Eagles)

Week 3: Conference Championship

The winners from each Conference play each other
AFC:
Broncos/Cheifs/or Colts Vs Patriots/Chargers or Bangles
NFC:
Seahawks/49ers/ or Packers Vs Panters/Saints/or (winner of Cowboys/Eagles game)

Week 4: The Big Show! ((Superbowl Sunday))

AFC Champions:
Broncos/Cheifs/Colts/Patriots/Chargers/or Bangles

Vs

NFC Champions
Seahawks/49ers/Packers/Saints/Panthers/or (winner of Cowboys/Eagles game)

Winner of sf and gb because it guarantees the Seahawks play the lowest seed. Even though the saints are #6, Dallas/Philadelphia is #4 which is higher than sf and gb

I just finished editing my last post adding the rest of the playoffs.

=) What a game between the 49ers and the Cardinals!

Actually the Seahawks could play the Saints, Niners or Packers. As the top seed they'll play the lowest-seeded team to emerge from the wildcard round. If the Saints beat the Eagles, then NO plays at Seattle. If the Eagles beat the Saints, then the GB/SF winner plays at Seattle.

Duh. I knew that. I was confused by the graphic shown by the NFL Network.

Wild card round:
S.F. over G.B.
N.O. over Philadelphia

Divisional round:
S.F. @ Carolina
Seattle vs New Orleans

On record as a long-suffering Chiefs fan, but I do like their chances against the Colts on Saturday. Assuming the Bengals win on Sunday, the Chiefs would get a third shot at the Broncos.

My favorite team versus my favorite player's team.
A win win for me. If my Niners are to lose, I would like to see it happen against Peyton Manning.

I think it will most likely be Seattle simply because they have home field advantage. Otherwise I think San Francisco. I'm hoping for San Francisco.

I hate the Patriots (technically my home team) with a passion that burns deep inside, so I'm hoping they lose in the 2nd round (they have a bye in round 1). I'm hoping and thinking Denver goes to the big game out of the AFC.
