Regeneration and Flagstone bug (Or so I think)

Hello Everyone,
This is my first post, I'm a lvl 17 in the game and am really enjoying it! I think it's a little unbalanced and I know what the developers are aiming at, I find it a bit extreme for the time that it consumes, however still a great game and I love playing it!
I do not see my regeneration skill working every round, by round I mean I attack and they attack and it's my turn again, even if they miss all their hits, I do not gain a hitpoint.

Welcome to the forums, JP.
Firstly, Regeneration does not work during combat, neither do other actor conditions such as poison. This may be something changed in later updates but right now that is the way it is.
Secondly, I have done that quest many times but it has not happened to me. Perhaps someone else will have more to say on the subject.

In the game a round is six seconds. In combat you have turns, not rounds. The timer does not run during combat, so even if your fight lasts over 6 seconds, regen will not kick in.
Did you find the demon?

Heh, I never came back here after I was told I can finish it in any order. Thanks for my forum welcome and I did finish the quest, I didn't dig deep enough into the basement. However, I've seen a few people confused on this quest and I believe some kind of revision is in order.
I wish the guard would change what he says after you get the wardens neck item. I also think it would be a lot better if a lot of other NPC's would change their dialogue after you complete quests. Such as Prim, BW, and Lonesford. The ones I'm mainly pointing out are the citizens walking around outside. There may be others, I haven't really gone though and made a list. If requested I could though
