Thanks to Oskar and tem this will keep me busy for quite a while as I'm only level 20. I see a lot of grinding in my future!

I think he meant that he had both quests, but only turned in the bread and killed no rats. I think he's saying that when he turned in the bread quest he got experience for both quests.

I'll go check it out and see if I can get the reported bug to happen.

EDIT:
Knowing how quests work and having done that quest more times than I can count, lol, I had my doubts. I ran through the quest ten more times and could not reproduce reported bug. Any more info TJDave? Can you reproduce the "bug" yourself?

You can start a new game while maintaining the current game.
