(I'm talking about the real football ofcourse, not the inferior American pastetime.

My hopefull guess is Holland.

That's what I fear. As Gary Lineker used to say: Football is a simple game; 22 men chase a ball for 90 minutes and at the end, the Germans win.

So bored, want to take a nape. I know, I'll watch soccer (the other football). What, I already am bored and sleepy.

I used to play a bit in my younger days. Don't keep up with it much besides what is on ESPN but if I had to place a bet I would say Spain.

Football is waaaaaaaay more fun to play than to watch.

American "football" bores me silly. It's like watching a giant tennis match... but slower and with brain-damaged men.

I spent some time watching a soccer match over the weekend. My response: still no clue as to why people watch it. (it's bettr than Golf, but what isn't?).

Rugby IS the best sport to watch. I don't watch nearly as often as I shuld because I can never find the games. I miss playing.

Edit: seriuosly, I watched a soccer match for 30+ min. Nothing happened. the ball was in the air, the ball was on the ground, and exactly one shot on goal was made.

Why is this sport popular to watch? (To play, I get. It's a lot of fun to PLAY soccer.)
