Should I restart and get fortitude at level 5? I'm afraid i've crippled my build by forgetting to get it.

Welcome to the forum!

:D

how much does starting over bother you?

really, it's only about ten HP's that you are missing out on...
so, starting over would benefit you - but continuing wont be crippling.

---------------------------------

the way i look at benefits are in relation to how many levels would each skill take to build on its own.

two XP levels in HP would give you 10HP

two XP levels in the other categories = 2AD, 10%AC [or] 6%BC

it is noticeable, but not devastating.

---------------------------------

if anything, keep playing for a min, to get more comfy with the game...
then start over when the new version comes out (unless you are Alpha testing with us?)
you will make even better choices, after knowing more about the world

You will discover a lot of other "mistakes" you made over time, especially when reading the forum. And maybe you want to do some quests again to make other decisions. So for now I think it's better to move on and make some changes after you found some other/more reasons to start over again. Your choices within quests do make a change, and that way you can try different character builds and storylines.

very true, especially with this new update...

the forks in the road are many, and the rewards vary greatly.

replay value is high! (and growing)

That's not so bad, you can get away with playing on and wouldnt be missing out on much. When they added in the Skills my main build was at level 66, so i had to start over to benifit from Increased Fortitude. I have already started over more times than i care to count (Nyktos has me beat by a long shot on # of games started)

Nyktos: The level 1 challange is still my favorite, gosh that was tough at times.

Well I'm handling the dragons and such on the mountain okay at level 16 so I think I let be okay although the dragon priests in the temple are a little hard. To answer someone's question... Yes I've been using alpha 11.

On Blackwater Mountian is White Wyrms. Is that what you mean? That area is great for leveling, if you stay near the top and clear the White Wyrm Trainers and Apprentices over and over again you might get something special ;)

Ugh, yeah the white wyrm trainers and apprentices are the ones giving me heartburn, but If I can level with the the aboliths and wyrms for a bit maybe I can get them easier. Thanks for the tip!

if you sided with BWM, you can only get speed potions from drops...
so there is another upside to grinding where you are.

again, that's only a bonus if you sided against Prim
(who would have sold you these potions)

Welcome to the forums! I've started over several times, trying out different builds, etc., but you seem to be doing great as you are now. ;)
