Bring five milk on your first trip to Prim, and you can trade with the miner for his bed at the Inn in Prim. First speak with the woman at the inn.
Bjorur: thinks his family tomb has been disturbed (wants you to investigate).
Fulus: wants you to steal a dagger from Bjorur's family tomb.
Tomb: west from Prim and go in the Tomb (south of mine).
There will already be a graverobber, kill him to get the dagger & make your choice.

This quest line is started by a suspicious man from Blackwater you meet on the way to Prim.
Both towns are having their own, seperate monster problems.
They are both suspicious of each other, and are preparing to attack.
At this point in develeopment, it's hard to say which choice is the right one.
Guthberd in Prim vs. Harlenn in Blackwater
You can kill one of the leaders and gain access to the opposing towns facilities...
Prim sells minor speed potions & Blackwater has a great bed location if you want an ElyR (Legendary Item: very rare drop)
or you can settle things peacefully, sending either man away without a fight.
Either way, it is back & forth between the two towns three or four times to settle things totally.

1) Near the cabin at the half-way point. Explore the icy cliffs to the south.
2) East of the first cave you enter after leaving from Prim. Explore the rocky cliffs to the right of the cavern entrance.
Finally - Throdna will give you a "vial of purifying spirit" for the Kazul shrine. (the pitch-black temple between Prim & Blackwater)
At the end of a massive dark cavern is a well lit chamber with a boss & the shrine you seek.
Dropping loot bags can be a helpful way to highlight your trail... or

Collect five white wyrm claws and bring them to Herec - the man between the beds in the Blackwater Settlement.
Head to clearing immediately north of BWM, by climbing down from the mountain, and meet Tjure.
But the silver scale from him.
Go around the mountain by BWM mountain -> Prim -> passing Stoutford -> passing Flagstone -> passing Crossglen -> passing Crossroads Guardhouse -> passing Woodcutter's shed, till one reaches river on the west.
Drop scale on ground. Exit area to go to woodcutter camp and return twice, to get two awards.
