Did you help the thief in Crossglen?

This was from last year, but the answer was "yes". I provided them the poison gland, but nothing happened. I do not have the quest log as "active" or "completed", and it's not letting me start Key of Luthor. I've asked in another section, but I still believe this is bugged. I remember this one also being a large problem back in 2012 when I was playing the game as well and first stumbled upon these forums too. I know they don't want to do any major updates to the original quests, but this was is kinda big in that it ties into the first many quests of the game when you start. I feel that something I've done has turned this question off for me for some reason, but I don't know how.

I'll look at it, but I need to be clear where the problem is (or appears to be). You are saying you can't even start the quest "Key of Luthor", correct?

If I remember it correctly, you'll have to

talk to the thief in fallhaven barn and to the thief in Crossglen hall
