Skill Ideas

Hopefully I didn't overlook any topics already made for this (I tried search but "skill" is too general a term so it won't work).

Thought it might be fun to have a place to suggest new skills, or even changes to existing ones (just don't get your hopes up on any of them getting super charged).
My first idea was an extra skill point skill.
"Quarterly Bonus" - Gain an extra skill point when reaching a multiple of 25 level. This would stack with the regular system of a skill point every multiple of 4, so at level 100, 200, 300, etc. you would get 2 skill points.
Max Level: 1
To level up this skill, you need at least experience level 51.
This would mostly just be for long-term players (like most of us) and shouldn't be too overpowered since you can't benefit from it until you hit level 75, and would be like a reward for reaching milestone levels.
I had previously suggested revising the condition resistance skills to also increase the chance of inflicting those conditions (if you have the right weapon), but it could also be a separate skill.
"More Inflict" - Increases any existing chance of inflicting a character condition given by equipment by 10% for each skill level.
Max Level: 5
To Level up this skill, you need at least 1 level each in Strong Mind, Enduring Body, and Pure Blood.
