3) Andor's trail-simply addicted :P
4) exDialer-Love the ICS theme for it
5) GoLauncher-so much customisable
6) Widgetsoid-customisable widgets (I have added AT in widgets for easy access lol)
7) ES file Explorer-great file manager
8) Quickpic-fastest Gallery
9) Simple Notepad-Don't go by its name its a secret photo and video recorder :P Also free
10) Screen Filter-Reduce screen brightness considerably so that I can play games as night :P
11) No-frills CPU Control-to control overclock and processor speeds
12) Handcent SMS-one of best SMS application(GO SMS is also great)
13) Dolphin Browser HD-great features
14) Display Brightness Settings-you can control brightness by placing certical or horizontal bars on screen (must have)
15) Cube Calculator-best calc available
16) Audio Manager-It's audio manager cum apps to store your secret pics and videos safely :D
17) Panorama Beta-works only for sony ericson phones but you can check xda if it's ported for your phone.Real panaorma app in my opinion
18) Moboplayer-Plays video files amazingly (I also use Rockplayer)
19) Moon+ Reader Pro-read Epub and other ebook formats
20) Pwall-change your wallpaper at different time intervals and has lots of options .

Phone: Samsung Galaxy Nexus (on Verizon)
OS: Android 4.0.2
Stock Rom

Not counting Google apps (like Gmail, Calendar, People, or Maps) or standard apps that were included with the phone (calculator, camera, clock, etc), these are the ones I use the most or consider a must even if I don't use them all the time.

In alphabetical order...

Amazon
Amazon Kindle
Amazon MP3
Andor's Trail
Amex
Chase (bank)
Chrome to Phone
Digital Clock (widget)
Discover
Facebook
IMDb
ING Direct
Light Flow
MapMyRun+
MP3 Ringtone Maker
Notes
NovaLauncher
Phandroid
Root Explorer
SetCPU
Skype
SoundHound infinity
TeslaLED
Titanium Backup (Pro)
Toss It Pro
TV Listings
WeatherBug Elite
WiFi File Explorer (Pro)
Yelp

Its hard to not just list everything I have. I used to even have an app that does that on my OG Droid, but I removed it after never using it.
