Could you please document/define this scale for which you are referring to?PK17 wrote:I passed addict months ago. I am a junkie now.
I remember seeing this in a movie once.... I think the addict offers cheeseburgers, if the dealer says no. Then you are an addict. If the dealer says no to the cheeseburgers and you offer something else then you are a junkie...tek wrote:Could you please document/define this scale for which you are referring to?PK17 wrote:I passed addict months ago. In other words, what makes an addict better off than a junkie?
Welcome PK17! Today you took the first step towards recovery.PK17 wrote:Its a little late but....
In my eyes an addict is someone who needs what they are addicted too. A junkie is someone who is willing to murder to get what their addicted too. Idk it sounded right but now that I reread it I have no idea what I meant. Guess I do belong in ATA.
The first step to recovery is admitting that you have a problem. We are here for you and you don't have to be afraid of the truth.Thystonius wrote:Ah, now I finally got the remark about needing to spend more time in A.T.A. haha! Well I must say quite the casual player regarding grinding, but pretty hardcore on getting maximal effective characterwise.
Denial is the first phase and by admitting you have a problem will allow you to move forward.Thystonius wrote:Guess I am not ready yet, I am in the denial phase. Or is that actually one of the twelve steps on the recovery traject?
