Are you using the official version of Andor's Trail?

I got the same dialogue like you.
And no potion.
So, perhaps this potion existed 2013 at beginn of the quest conception, but was never introduced to the game...
I think, we need a mod...

The Underground fighter existed in Zukero's concept, but didn't got into the game. I preferred to have the potion maker be unfair, so you won't get it

Is it actually posible to open the Chest in the Elm-Mine?
It only says "Hit the lock.". But nothing happens. Do i need a special Weapon or a key?
