OK well unless it's a new bug, which it very possibly could be, I've completed that quest...
Part I remember was the skeleton (last one) was in a place I swear I check 30 times....

It is a new bug, and it happens now in 10-20% of games when you have not yet visited Stoutford before:
1 or 2 skeletons can spawn outside the area that you can reach from inside the castle.

It was rather difficult to fix properly, but we found a way and plan to publish a fix soon.

I thought 'The green maze', personally.

it's been awhile but went 2 or 3 times to lodars and went up a few levels there and a few back.

There's a bunch more farther along then me tho.

At level 66? Why are you grinding? XP? Gold? Why are you grinding in general at your level?
At your level you should be able to survived down in Sullengard.

Yeah, I should've be able to survive in there. But unfortunately, during my numerous visit to the place, I somehow managed to always get surrounded by the snakes in there and get absolutely wrecked by their crit DMG (I blame my skills (and luck) for that). Regardless, I'll thank you for the suggestion. I'll try to grind in there.
