how about letting us buy a cabin in the middle of nowhere,
a place to dump goods & rest.

i'm sure i will be rich soon, whichever build i choose to keep developing...
and it would be amazing to have a HUGE goal to work towards.

this small amount of programming could add alot of depth to the game,
and like i said - a reward for long time adventurers.

it will be nice to have a safe haven as this world grows...
you could even have a quest lead up to the purchase

[unhappy owner has a squatter you must remove before he sells the cabin?]
[the financial transaction would complete the quest...]

Great ideas! I think having a place to rest and stash your stuff would be great. Maybe a bank system of some sort so you wouldnt have to travel all the way back to retreive stuff.

How about building the house for one of the many widows out there?

Love the cabin idea! Why not along with a place to store our stuff, cap the amount we can carry and add buyable carts to expand that amount? Maybe a quest for each one?

I like the cabin idea for a second, third or 5th place to "rest" and store stuff. However, you can drop stuff anywhere you want. There is even a basket in your home cabin that you can drop stuff in. I would prefer being able to purchase the baskets.

putting these ideas together seems appealing...
have the drop baskets universal [each grants access to every item dropped in baskets]
but you hafta rent them out, like the rooms.

they could be pretty pricey [for added challenge], because you are leaving valuables there...
just brainstorming...

Perhaps, we could build the house out of all the small rocks we got during the long grind for a legendary item
Just kidding
This could lead into a big amount of quest, you could possibly solve quests to get special people into your house, for example a dealer for bonemeal potions or later a blacksmith improving your items. Therefore a big house would be needed but it would probably add much to the fun of the game.

and how about spending some money, items, etc to rebuild Prim or support some other groups in the game ? maby as a part of storyline or just becauce you can ?
