Is there only one contiguous location of new maps? I think I've seen them all (even the secret room that I don't think does anything in the cave where you get the new Venomous Dagger) I just wanted to make sure there wasn't a whole section I was missing.

I'm with you......I believe I've seen it all now....I'm thankful for the update, don't get me wrong, but I kind of expected more..... It took me a total of 3 days (sporadic play) and have finished all new quests already...so I'm left thinking, ok.....are we just to hang around in the cave system, grinding until the next update.......if so, I hope the next update doesn't take near as long ad the ladt one.........please don't take this as slamming, I'm not, I thank u Oskar and team for all your hard work, its great, but I guess I'm just spoiled, I've finished it all and im bored........ I so wanted to be able to goto all the other unfinished towns....like nor city, I'm left hanging wanting to go talk to the priest now, and feyguard is locked, the path east of caves in new map dead ends.....then the south fork before backwater, the road south; on west side of the old prison, and the road south of crossly, where im thinking the hearystone will eventually be found.........all these wonderous places are still locked, and im begging to get in.......I'm not ungrateful Oskar, but now its like a drug, and ur the dealer.......you give us an update, and it satisfies us till we do everything, then we come down off our high, and are left with the withdrawels and jonesing for more till you give us another little taste........you have us at your mercy! but if I too have missed something else besides the caves, the old trading port( where u can sell the claws) the sheep quest, the sword delivery quest, and the poisoned village quest, please let me know too!

Um, I would like to sever my comment from what this thread appears to have become. I just wanted to know if all of the new maps were touching.

but that's a link to a few things you might like to see...

of course... there are ''Maps'' posted all over this board [ http://andorstrail.com/viewtopic.php?f=6&t=943 ]
but none of them are consistent with what is open or closed... (as far as i know)

that's why i posted the link - it lists everything available for you to do.
if you have cleared that list, any area you haven't visited will just be for sight seeing.

there are no means for transportation (aside from walking) so any new maps will be touching...
but, i could be wrong... *shrug*

I wasn't saying you said something I was trying to distance myself from, just that what is being discussed in general was not my intention.

I don't mean touching any map, I mean touching another new map. Meaning, if i explored a new map, and every map directly adjacent to that map, without going through old maps, will I have seen all new maps. Another way to ask would be, are there new maps added to more than one of the old dead ends? (e.g. are there new maps near your home town AND new maps by BWM?)

All the new maps are ajacent. The dead ends from v0.6.9 are still dead ends except for the one heading north to the new content

sorry, i am kind of a spaz, and get off on tangents at times...

great question... i really think there are more than one entrance to 'new areas' from the original 'old area'
but i keep starting over - so im not 100% sure...

i will dig around, and try to find some answers...
but my time is growing short.
