Translations

Could you PLEASE improve the translations? I don't need them but it get's really confusing if some parts are english and some parts german...
for example:
I am still at the beginning of the game, but some guy wanted me to buy him mead and I was looking for it everywere and couldn't find it... I only found "Fleisch" (=meat) which was really confusing because i have never seen meat in a bottle......
