Bless

Actor condition: Bless (gives 5% Attack chance)
Using the ElyR I find I hit much more often than for example using Shadow of the Slayer. The percentage difference is minimal - 229% ElyR and 224% Sots. I've not really calculated this but has anyone else noticed they hit much more often than an extra 5%. Is there something more to the active condition "Bless"??
Leaving rats tails on altars, thinking a sword is more powerful than it is......

I have always found that I hit or block more successfully when I reach the a level that is at or above an increase of 10, such as going from 200 to 210. Probably just my imagination, but that would give a 5% improvement seemed more noticable.

how fast you tap / what speed setting you chose -> effecting hit percentage?
