Wow, I am so impressed with you guys that actually found that ring! Well done, and congratulations to everyone that has found one!

Keep in mind that it is the ring of *lesser* Shadow. Who knows what the ring of *greater* Shadow will bring? Maybe a lingering status effect that boosts other stats. I am thinking we should introduce more unique and rare drops in future releases since it could be a nice way to reward you as players.

Again, congratulations to everyone that have found one. And even more congrats to those that have more than one (!)

Oskar: Thanks, sounds great. How about the ability to join single band rings like this to make a double banded ring (as depicted by the icon for the ring of damage +6), that also gives a unique bonus for pairing them?

It's at the end of a path that begins on the north side of the road which is located before the man's small house. It should be guarded by an anklebiter.

Today I got my ring number 16.
This time it worked with a sword for the first time.

Samuel, if you really had 16 rings of lesser shadow I would find a way to get into your inventory and steal one (or 2 or 3). As I approach 1000 small rocks (haven't sold any, but some are from Flagstone) without getting my "first" ring of lesser shadow, I am getting disgusted.

lady black: Try not to remain disgusted. Small rocks seem to be part of an indicator for a ring drop, but a player's experience points also seem to be relative. Player's with less experience than yourself have picked up a ring sooner. Try reading through this entire forum topic to get an idea as to when others picked up their 1st ring. The Ring Collection Guide might be of some help. At any rate, look at your game play as leveling up your character as you mow your way through the Gargoyle Cave. You should be somewhere about halfway to getting your 1st ring as it is.

lady black: I only have 1 Ring. The other rings were only part of my april fools joke.
Currently the maximum Rings gathered seem to be 3.
