Nope, Combat Speed, perhaps some small potion of speed (don't know how they are called in Englisch), lots of Bonemail Potions as well as the ones from Lodar, High AC and BC, all kind of regeneration like food, ROLS, enough damage to deal with one swing.
Cleave can be really great here as it provides you with more AP.
I really would leave that to the last - do everything possible first before you try this.

When you wear this in the dungeon of Guynmart Castle, you will be surprised by the monsters' behavior.
