The directory isn't maintained by us. Nevertheless it is created automatically so it should be complete and correct. It could be that it shows the data of an older game version though.

When items are in the game then we will never remove them. The directory can't show everything.
E.g. most items can be found in a map or be purchased from an NPC or as drop of a kill. There are some items given by scripts. You'll never find these locations in the directory.

If I remember correctly, grips of the warrior are not guaranteed to be in this sellers inventory every time you go in there. Sometimes merchants sell out of a particular product when a customer comes looking for it.
Maybe you can try coming back again after sleeping or a certain amount of time?

I have checked back several times, but I will do so again and include naps in between times and post my results. Can you specifically check on the Amphibian Gloves, which are listed as being in elm_drop1?

How does the breaking of the dam again work? Is it possible to do the achievement on second try? Also does anyone know what is the unform blue lightning and night survived(maybe something to do with yellow)?

Oh I did the uniform blue lightning with the other character, it is definitely connected with rats but I still am not sure about night survived....

These 3 achievements you can only get during the quest.
To gain them you'd have to start a new game.
