The script that looks for missing areas is not perfect. We are not sure why. It was done as a quick job by Nut, and we (i.e. Nut) have other priorities than digging into the quirks of the script.

Ok I will say from my experience.you missed a well or a house just revisit. Save it. And it corrects it. I tried it over and over.

There are a couple of places that seem to never get counted for me, but if you check the "last 10" list and know you've been there, don't sweat the script bugs. The program count seems to be more accurate

BWM52 is a little side tunnel from the first level of the settlement toward the basement of the cabin on the mountainside (but blocked by debris so you can't get through). It's easy to miss.
