No, it's only a question for a Quest, and I don't know which Wolfs are mean on the Quest

Greetings folks! Long-time player, first-time poster, and I can't find any info on the quest The ruthless Crackshot, the quest from the thieves guild after the kidnapping one. I know that the Feyguard guards are looking for them "south of the Crossroads Tower," but I haven't found any other evidence of them. Any help would be appreciated!

A Crossroads guard told me that Feygard has sent more soldiers to the south, to try and find the criminals&apos; hideout.<br>
The barricade guard has a big mouth, and told me all I needed to know. The hideout is near a place full of larval burrowers. I need to move faster than the patrols to reach the hideout before them.<br>
I found a small hole which seems to lead to a cave. Crackshot and his henchmen are probably hiding there.

I give the woodcutter his axe back but the Quest isn't complete, can someone tell me what I have to do now?
