its awesome to have a list of sorts to work with!
i was just brainstorming for starter characters...
nice list!!!

If you go to the Beastiary it is pretty much in the exact order i would reccomend for newer players to follow (except Kazul cave before BWM)

Resurrected!
Going to start working on naming good areas to go grind.
Next is figuring out what levels would be good for that grinding area.

Personally, I don't think there are limits to what level you should be while you're at somewhere in the game. The first time I played AT, I didn't have the patience to grind to level 10 before I took on flagstone. I was lv 12 when I took on Blackwater. And Pyrizzle, of all people, should know that, completing the lv 1 challenge with nyktos. There aren't really levels in which you are supposed to be in somewhere. You just go somewhere when you feel ready. You can take on the game with everything's difficulty at very hard if you feel like it. Grinding is just for people who have patience and/or like to be gods.

+1 Sarumar ~ great point!
adding active combat rounds & pathfinder for enemies will also drastically change things...
the game is truly evolving

Not saying this guild is a good place to tell you exactly where to be at XX level, it's more a list of places that are good for trying to gain some quick XP.

The wolf cave is the one that is southeast of Fallhaven. Start in Fallhaven keep going southeast and then head east, eventually you'll see an opening to the south. It usually has a wolf or hunting dog at the entrance.
Hope that helps.
