it's true:

the girl is always reborn and asks you for 25 potions every time!!! I collected 4 enchanted evergreen rods.

Yes this is a bug. We will have it fixed very shortly

For me: I got the first enchanted evergreen rod when I gave her the 25 potions. Now she will periodically respawn, repeat her final dialog when she gave me the initial enchanted evergreen rod, and I get another free of charge. I'm at five because I don't know what triggers plot progression on the witch quest.

Two notes on this quest :

• I won't trust "quest completed" ever again. This could be a good thing.

• I'm seeing the witch's crystals all over the game map but only the new ones seem to be functional.

Yes for the 100th time this is a bug triggered every 72 rounds.
You will always trust the "quest completed" as that is a one-time thing.
The crystals that you see are functional. You have to find the first one. Hint it's not far from where the girl is playing.

The quest is over once you start seeing her and finish her ask

Can anyone tell me where is the undead friend because I searched all the maps to the east
Is it the forest near sullengrad?

Is there a certain condition like a level or something for entering the haunted forest?

Go back to Vilegard and you will find out what you are missing.
We never limit access to content or maps based off of an arbitrary level.
