After eating cooked meat if one eats raw meat the 2x12 sustenance bonus is not applied, but the food poisoning flaw may apply.
When eating meat and then drinking a healing portion both boni apply.

You're right. Thought, they would stack, but some portion give regeneration. Since this are two different conditions both can apply without stacking.

I am nearly through a complete test of the game. I've gone through every map and quest except for ratdom and the passageway underneath the vampire's house. I'm starting on that now. I think the passageway is likely fine but am interested to see if there are any of those color markers in ratdom. Tell me, is there anything in the new beta that can be done with Sly Seraphina? Other than her telling me there's nothing to see?

No. The dialogue with her changes if you haven't completed that quest.
I don't know how new you are to AT, but there is lots of stuff like this.
