Yes. It is a "shield".i.e. a parrying weapon.

OK very peculiar name, design and properties for a "shield" , however as it appears in armour and behaves like armour it should be right. Very precious item then, good value for al lot of walking

We have one more town (Brightport), MT Galmore, Carn Tower and many others to build.

I loved doing all the new quests, testing the new weapons, but I still haven't found the Golden jackal. I'm still stuck in the maze at ainsley's house (the farmer). I've been looking for hours.
Can you give me a clue to get out of it?

It can be hard to find. The jackal is found in a clearing of trees.
It sticks out pretty easily.

Thanks a lot for this update! The map has been hugely expanded to the south, but I barely made it to Sullengard at lever 5, I really wanted to see the new maps first! One of the quests requires having some more to progress, which sadly I didn't have. Will the stable version be released soon?

Also, you mentioned controller support. Has anyone tested this yet or can you recommend some controller which might work well with the game? I have been considering the GameSir X2, looks nice with direct USB-C connection. Thank you for dedicating your time into this!
