Got the 1st one after ~1400 kills, and the 2nd one ~800 kills after that. Also felt like respawn rates were faster with one equipped than without?

it may take a while. Got mine after 2100 small rocks and got 3 level updates during grinding for it.

I got my first RoLS somewhat quickly..after several hundred battles..close to a thousand.
Then later, I decided to try for a 2nd one..fought roughly 1,500 battles before giving up.
Recently, started playing again & went back.. and got a 2nd RoLS after approx 20 battles--crazy good luck.
(MF=2 no doubt helped)

Equipped it with relish, then soon realized the Regen effect did not stack.

So should go back to using Ring of the Protector for its high Block, tho like the bit of extra damage & crit from having a 2nd RoLS.

I currently use RoLS and RoP. It's a good combination.

dude if u look at the spreadsheet of this game mechanics you'll be statistically guaranteed one once you've killed 10k+ garg trainers/masters (iirc).

I've got 1,5k small rocks, 8k kills, 70k+ gold, 15 lvls (from lvl 20) since i started the grind

i think if u already read this another hesitation might be understandable after you've slain 20k+ mons and still get none

You are not statistically ever guaranteed anything. Each flip of a coin is a new flip, that has no connection with past flips. Probability does not have a memory. You could kill 1,000,000,000 gargoyle trainers, and not get the ring. That's not very likely, but it's possible.

now tht you mention the numbers I feel like really encouraged to hit tht value more thn the item itself lol

I was hoping to gain some more Levels with my permadeath monk before entering the cave on lvl 25.
But I got the ring after just 261 Masters and 252 Trainers.

I hope Monc Hichi XCV will survive the search for his brother, he has become too valuable by now.

Perhaps I should stick around to try for a second ring… after all I didnt think I'd get out of this cave before lvl 40

Do you have a permadeath monchichi?

I have never heard a player complain that he got the ring too easy...
