A second ring is no easier and no harder then the first one. It's a random drop, and probability does not have a memory.

Hi there
I got the ring with my third character. I think the first startedat level 18 and went up to lvl 30 there. The other 2 started at lvl 15 and up to lvl 30 . Good place to level .

yes.

i haven't been this excited in a game, hopping around punching the air, dancing, saying enthuesiatically, EEEEEEEEEEEEE! with a smile on my face. currently working at getting another one, then moving on to 2 Shadowtaints. :3

:O o my, well, i guess i will keep my current build of Dagger of the Shadow Priests and Barbed Dagger for now. :3 along with the 2 RoLS, (that or what i have now RoLS and Villian's Ring) :3 i guess i can wreak havok in the lands and attempt to level up to some absurd level. is the level cap still 400?
