That's just one of the required piece of your specified quest to complete it like a jigzaw puzzle. There must be a line or two before that. Looks like you missed a lot especially

Since I can't add images via attachments in our PM as my reply and to show you my screenshots. Lem'me just place them down here.

Once you climb down the hole. You will notice a riverbank on your right side, snakes blocking your south path, and another way from your left side. Go to it (your left side). Keep exploring and searching especially in the corpses. This must be your last situation for your first line of the specified quest.

Thanks a lot, Draze. With that quest log and not having talked to - I was searching the whole worldmap for any 'drunkards'.

I think I also found two map errors:
In the deeper elm mine: quarter orange structrure on the left of the hero.
And background mismatch on the crystals right to the hero.

And there might be a logical error in this dialogue with Arghest: "No one else went in there for weeks."
- Though we're about to pursue the Feygard patrol.

And there's this "todo" that you're probably aware of anyhow:

Looks like I'm not alone to encounter that 2 map errors.

Maybe he is referring to other people besides you and the Feygard patrols.
