If you completed the quest, no, you will not see him again. There are currently no plans to bring him back, but if someone can suggest a good reason for doing so that could change.

He kidnapped your brother. I'm sure no one will mind killing him because he's already so annoying. Or perhaps he now wants some help obtaining legendary and extraordinary items. So he can combine them, except he fails in the process and destroys them all.

He strikes me as a mobile version of the Dungeon Shop sort of merchant that is cluelessly ignorant of the hazards of the places where he turns up.
  • He always has something that someone in the party desperately needs.
  • Any plot necessary item lost or destroyed will miraculously turn up in his inventory.
  • Items for sale are not necessarily affordable.
  • He mysteriously appears in places where he should not be capable of getting to.

Nice idea, but droplists are static, not dynamic. We can change a droplist, but each version has to be predefined.

seems like good enough reasons to me.... Adds a nice "frustration factor" when everything he sells is out of reach.
