How about: Skip the ice cream and just have a bowl of Strawberries and blueberries.

(Both SUPER FOODS!!!! and delicious to boot!)

most of here have problem opposite of mine. I can't seem to gain weight at all. I am 18, 5 ft 11 inches tall and my weight is mere 55 kilos. I am very picky when it comes to food. :D

any advice?

*makes a bowl of one scoop ice cream and lots of fruit and slides it down*

As for gaining weight I suggest eating foods that are high in total carbs and stop being so active.
