I'm loving the 2 handed swords although they make me have to make a BC build.

Block chance is your friend regardless if you're using 2 weapons or not.

Well here's how I see it.
Shield and sword fighting style: well balances AC ad and BC.
Duel weilding fighting style: strong AC and ad low BC
2 handed sword fighting style: high AC and ad but negative in.bc

high attack chance and high block chance are not mutually exclusive. See Blackwater gear as an example.

Why does the BC have to be negative?

Agreed on all points!

Reason y BC is negative on the 2 handed swords is because 90% of the 2 handed weapons I've seen reduce bc

Duel Wielding + Dagger Proficiency + Blackwater Mountain Gear = High Attack Chance and High Block Chance build. (I gotta say, i never thought I'd be wearing this specific gear for such a long period of time w/o wanting to remove it)

I love the shield proficiency adds one to Dr... NICE
