Not much, but you will got different quest items....

One side sells Fatigue Cure potions and the other sells minor potion of speed. Those are the best items either side has to offer.

Hi. I have a question about the no weakness quest . I've been killing white wyrms and have not gotten any claws yet. am I killing the wrong monster or is it just a rare drop?

Make sure your killing the adult ones and not the young ones, but yes they are a rare drop i'd say 1 claw per 15-25 wyrms killed

You can get the Fatigue cure potions either way, or even without choosing a side. But BWM sells the rage potion, and black water brew. I forget which one sells the bleeding wounds cure.

What is the point of the Blackwater items? It looks as if they effictively make one's combat skills completly ineffective.

How do u open a portal? The quest where u bring the forged documents to gain passage to the room with the three colored stones, what I used to do there?

The room with the 3 round teleporters is a puzzle.
