I think Vacor snuck in and opend the portal in there.

I didn't want to double post so.... Pyro why is the skill requirements page locked? And is it true there is no cap on QL? (I thought it was 25 but im not sure.)

Seems so, both Sarumar and Mino have 25. If it is capped at 25, it should show 0 / 25... are all skills without shown limit actually capped at 25?

PK17: It was locked right after being finished, it keeps the information is easy to find.
