Just to clear out things, thieves that are against Vacor are not the same bad guys that Umar (Thieves' Guild chief) leads. We could say the first kind of thieves (Vacor's enemies) are not really professional thieves as they (as far as we know) had stolen Vacor with the purpose of make him unable to do the rift spell, but they presumably don't work as thieves. However, Umar controls (presumably too) a wide group (wider than it seems) of people entirely dedicated to organized crime, and probably not only isolated thefts.
Maybe it's my imagination, but actually I do believe those guys are not...just that :3

Based on this beta test, we have a few things to fix. Thanks to the testers for their hard work! We appreciate it
. We did a lot of testing already, so the beta test is really just polishing the edges (as it should be). But we all have real life stuff that is not always predictable, but does always get in the way of AT. So the only answer is "soon", whatever that means.
